Kelly S. Willis is senior vice president of Global Public Health. She and her team oversee USP's emerging international programs promoting access to high-quality medicines in resource-constrained settings through laboratory capacity-building and health systems-strengthening activities. Ms. Willis also develops new partnerships and identifies revenue sources to make these programs possible.

Ms. Willis brings more than twenty years' experience in the private and non-profit health sectors--focused in public health and international development—to USP. Immediately before joining USP, she served as Executive Director of Accordia Global Health Foundation, where for ten years she conceived and implemented public-private partnership initiatives to establish locally-owned and sustainable health research institutions throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to assuming her leadership role at Accordia, Ms. Willis held various posts at Pfizer in the areas of finance, supply chain management, economic policy, and corporate social responsibility. Her previous experiences also include roles with Monsanto, Chemonics International, and USAID. Ms. Willis earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from Michigan State University. In 2013, she received that university's Distinguished Alumni Award. She currently sits on the boards of directors of Accordia Global Health Foundation and the West African Infectious Diseases Institute.
