The current Winter 2008 edition of The Alliance features Accordia's Fourth Annual A Celebration of Partnership Gala, which was held at the Lincoln Center in New York City on November 13th. This year's event honored Dr. Julie Gerberding and raised over $570,000 to support the work of Accordia and its partnership with the Infectious Diseases Institute.  In this edition of The Alliance you can also learn more about a groundbreaking study Accordia recently completed on the impact of training rural health workers to use Rapid Diagnostic Tests to effectively diagnose malaria.
